We&#39;re also desperately hoping they&#39;ll restart soon. In the meantime, I know several people who are ordering direct from Canada &amp; the States (www.bkamins.com). I&#39;ve heard that with the exchange rate &amp; postage it ends up being a very similar price and only takes 4-7 days.
