Sorry to reply so late, I've been offline quite a bit with Xmas & New Years. Hopefully you've found the book by now. But if not, it's in your admin area.
When you're logged in, go to the home page http://www.skinaid.org.uk and click on 'My Dashboard' or 'Go to Admin Area' and you'll find the book at the bottom of the page. Or if you can't find those links, just log in and paste this url into your browser http://skinaid.org.uk/wp-admin/index.php and that'll get you there as well.
