I don't know Mederma scar cream very well so I can't comment on that specifically. I'd suggest either you check this with your dermatologist or doctor if you are seeing one, and also check the ingredients yourself agains the ingredients suggested for Step 5 in the book.
Hi, B kamins seem to have discontinued the acne products on all uk websites. Can you recommend any products that are just as good? I can't keep buying the starter kits cause I'm running out of moisturiser, and face wash first but not other things. HELP!

Yes, unfortunately BKamins aren't importing into the UK at the moment. We're also desperately hoping they'll restart soon. In the meantime, I know several people who are ordering direct from Canada & the States (www.bkamins.com). I've heard that with the exchange rate & postage it ends up being a very similar price and only takes 4-7 days. Have a look on their website & let me know how you get on!
